Marshall House is a supported living services setting (SLS), located in the town of Marshall, Minnesota. Marshall House is a bright yellow two-story home in a leafy neighborhood of mature trees and well-kept yards. It serves adults with mild intellectual and physical disabilities. Marshall House is also the base for staff providing in-home services to one person who lives independently.
Bedrooms are customized to meet the needs and preferences of persons served.
The dining area is in friendly proximity to its sparkling and efficient kitchen. The living room is casual and comfortable and invokes a feeling of home. Marshall House is equipped with ramps for wheelchair access to the back entrance and to its spacious back deck.
But the biggest asset of Marshall House is its well-trained and dedicated direct care staff, some, like its director, Kay Loken, have been there for over 26 years.
